today i realised how important music is. was reading up on the maguindanao massacre and looked at some of the horrifying images of badly abused bodies... and really felt depressed about existence~ with so much cruelty and violence out there... really makes me question what being human is really about.
i'm really supposed to be working on my essay. but here i am feeling so HORRIBLE.
then i decided to go to youtube (thank GOD for youtube) and listen to some music. and i realised that's the best you can get out of life sometimes. playing, listening... i think that's what music or art is about, it saves you and makes you believe in humanity again.. whatever's left of it.
